Fees, No Show & Cancellation Policy

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
A $10 administrative fee applies to all services to support the elevated experience at Behind the Hair.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Changes within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
